01 — Introduction

General Provisions

These Online Store Terms and Conditions ("Terms") define the rules for using the website revik.pl and the conditions for concluding and executing sales contracts for products offered through the Revik online store. By using the website or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please stop using the website and the services offered by the store.

The online store operates using the Shopify platform, which provides the technical functionality of the store. Shopify is not a party to the sales contract concluded between the Customer and DELVEX sp. z o.o.

03 — Use of the Website

Rules of Use

By using the website, you agree to:

  • Provide true, current, and complete information.

  • Use the website in accordance with applicable laws.

  • Refrain from any actions that could disrupt the functioning of the store.

  • Not obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to the store's systems, data, or infrastructure.

We reserve the right to restrict access to the website, refuse to fulfill an order, or terminate services in the event of a breach of these Terms or applicable laws.

04 — Products and Availability

Product Information

We make every effort to ensure that the presented descriptions, images, prices, and product information are correct and up to date. Product images are for illustrative purposes only. The actual appearance of the product, particularly the colors, may slightly differ from that displayed on the Customer's device screen due to individual monitor or mobile device settings. Product availability is limited by current stock levels.

We reserve the right to:

  • Withdraw products from sale.

  • Introduce quantity limits.

  • Update product descriptions.

  • Change product prices.

Price changes do not affect orders confirmed prior to their introduction.

05 — Orders

Placing Orders

After placing an order, the Customer receives an automated order confirmation at the provided email address. The sales contract is concluded upon the Seller's acceptance of the order for fulfillment. Until the order is shipped, the Customer can contact us to cancel it. Once the order has been shipped, the rules set out in the Returns and Exchanges Policy apply.

We reserve the right to cancel an order or refuse its fulfillment, particularly in the event of:

  • Obvious pricing or technical errors.

  • Suspected fraud or abuse.

  • Issues with payment authorization or processing.

  • Unexpected unavailability of a product.

In the event of an order cancellation after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund using the same payment method.

06 — Payments

Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure and certified payment operators available during checkout. Available payment methods may include, but are not limited to:

  • BLIK

  • Fast online transfers (Pay-by-link)

  • Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, and other supported cards)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Payment for the order is charged at the time the order is placed. We do not store full payment card details of Customers. Payment data is processed by certified payment operators in accordance with applicable security standards.

07 — Delivery

Shipping and Order Fulfillment

Detailed information regarding order fulfillment times, delivery methods, shipping costs, pre-orders, and delivery promotions can be found in the Shipping, Delivery, and Payments Policy. All stated delivery times are estimates and may change due to reasons beyond the Seller's control.

The rules regarding contract withdrawal, size exchanges, complaints, and returns are described in detail in the Returns and Exchanges Policy.

09 — Intellectual Property

Copyrights

All content posted on the revik.pl website—including product images, photographs, marketing materials, graphics, designs, logos, trademarks, texts, and visual identity elements—is the property of DELVEX sp. z o.o. or is used under appropriate licenses. Copying, distributing, modifying, or using these materials without the prior written consent of the owner is prohibited.

10 — Limitation of Liability

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be held liable for:

  • Temporary interruptions in store operation resulting from technical or maintenance work.

  • Errors or disruptions resulting from the actions of third parties.

  • Delivery delays caused by carriers.

  • Events beyond the reasonable control of the Seller, including cases of force majeure.

No provision of these Terms limits consumer rights resulting from mandatory provisions of law.

The rules for processing personal data and using cookies are described in the Privacy Policy. By using the website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these rules.

Third Parties

The website may contain links to websites and services of third parties, including social media platforms. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices used by these entities.
