Shipping, Delivery, and Payments

01 β€” Shipping

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday). Products marked as "Available" are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days from the moment the order is confirmed. Once the package has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • Order preparation time: 1–2 business days

  • Shipping days: Monday to Friday

02 β€” Delivery

Delivery Methods

We offer delivery within Poland via trusted couriers.

  • Courier The package is delivered by a courier to the specified address. Delivery usually takes place within 1–2 business days from the moment of dispatch.

  • InPost Parcel Lockers (Paczkomaty) The package can be collected at a selected InPost Parcel Locker at your convenience. Delivery usually takes place within 1–2 business days from the moment of dispatch.

Promotional Delivery: For orders valued at 399 PLN or more, the cost of standard delivery is reduced by 100% as part of the current promotion offered by Revik. In the case of a partial return of an order which causes the value of the products kept by the Customer to fall below the threshold qualifying for promotional delivery, Revik reserves the right to include the standard delivery cost when settling the refund, in accordance with applicable legal regulations. Detailed rules for settling delivery costs upon return are described in the Returns and Exchanges Policy.

The delivery cost for orders under 399 PLN is displayed during the checkout process.

03 β€” Product Availability

Available Product vs. Pre-order

Each product in our store is marked with its current availability status.

  • Available The product is in stock and ready for fulfillment. The order will be shipped in accordance with the rules described in the "Shipping" section.

  • Pre-order The product is available for pre-sale. The estimated fulfillment time is 5 to 10 business days. Detailed information regarding the completion date can be found on the product page.

  • Sold Out The product is currently unavailable, and an order cannot be placed.

04 β€” Pre-orders

Pre-order Fulfillment

Products marked as "Pre-order" are not currently in stock but are available for purchase ahead of the scheduled restock. The estimated fulfillment time for pre-orders is 5 to 10 business days from the moment the order is placed. If the product becomes available earlier, the order will be shipped immediately. If the fulfillment of the order is delayed or becomes impossible due to reasons beyond our control, we will contact you via email and propose an appropriate solution, including a full refund.

Accepted Payment Methods

We offer secure and convenient payment methods available to customers in Poland. Available payment methods include:

  • Fast online transfers (Pay-by-link)

  • Payment cards (Visa, Mastercard, and other supported cards)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Available payment methods may vary depending on the device, bank, or current availability of payment services. Payment for the order is charged at the time the order is placed. All transactions are processed through secure and certified payment operators.
