Our Promise

At Revik, we want you to feel excellent in what you wear. If the ordered size turns out to be incorrect, we enable a convenient exchange for a different size. We offer a free size exchange within 30 days from the delivery date.

02 β€” Exchanges

Size Exchange

We encourage you to choose an exchange instead of a return in case of size issues. Our exchange process has been designed to be as simple and convenient as possible.

  • Deadline: 30 days from the delivery date.

  • Exchange Cost: Free β€” we cover the cost of collection and return shipping of the product in the new size within Poland.

  • Number of Exchanges: One free size exchange is allowed per order. Within a single exchange request, the Customer can exchange one or more products from the same order. Subsequent exchanges for the same order may be subject to additional transport fees or will be reviewed individually by Revik.

  • How to Apply: Contact us at kontakt@revik.pl, providing your order number and the size you wish to exchange it for.

  • Product Condition: The product must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, retain all original tags, and be returned in its original packaging.

Recommendation: Before placing an order, we recommend checking the size chart available on the product page. If you have any questions regarding sizing, you can contact us prior to purchase.

03 β€” Returns

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

  • Return Notification Deadline: 14 days from the delivery date.

  • Return Shipping Cost: Borne by the Customer, unless the return concerns a defective product or one that does not comply with the contract.

  • Refund Deadline: Up to 14 days from receiving the returned product or receiving proof of its return shipment, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

  • Refund Method: The refund is processed using the same payment method used during the initial purchase, unless agreed otherwise.

  • Product Condition: The product should be returned in a condition that allows for its resale, with a complete set of tags and in its original packaging. The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the product resulting from using it in a manner that goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Delivery Cost Settlement

For orders valued at 399 PLN or more, the cost of standard delivery may be covered by a promotion offered by Revik. In the case of a partial return of an order which causes the value of the products kept by the Customer to fall below the threshold qualifying for promotional delivery, Revik may include the standard delivery cost when settling the refund amount, in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

04 β€” Exclusions

Products Not Subject to Return or Exchange

A return or exchange may be rejected in the following cases:

  • The product shows signs of use, washing, damage, or modifications made after delivery.

  • The product was returned without the original tags.

  • The return request was submitted after the statutory deadline.

  • The exchange request was submitted after 30 days from the delivery date.

  • The product was marked as "Final Sale" or with other equivalent information indicating that return or exchange is not possible, provided this is compliant with applicable legal regulations.

If the product selected for exchange is no longer available, we will propose an alternative product, a different size, or a refund.

05 β€” Defective Products or Non-Compliance with the Contract

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or does not comply with the contract, please contact us immediately upon receipt, sending a description of the problem along with photos. In accordance with applicable legal regulations, you are entitled to appropriate legal remedies, including repair, replacement, price reduction, or a refund, depending on the circumstances of the case. In the event of a justified complaint, shipping costs associated with the complaint will be covered by Revik.
